KTM has announced the release of a limited number of the 2027 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA, which incorporates technology developed in the Dakar Rally and will be available for delivery beginning in July 2026, offering the winning experience of the world's most grueling race to the general public.

The 2027 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is the purest expression of KTM's technical superiority in rallying. Components, performance, and settings are all directly fed back from the competition, and since 2020 it has taken four different riders to the top of the Dakar Rally podium and has consistently been among the top contenders in RallyGP. It is truly a complete machine that is as close as possible to the state it was in immediately after the race.

In 2026, Luciano Benavides from Argentina brought KTM victory in the Dakar Rally. To commemorate this feat, the KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA LUCIANO BENAVIDES FACTORY EDITION, limited to eight units, will also be released. This special edition comes with additional upgrades, a special look, and an exclusive customer experience on the KTM ADVENTURE RALLY.

Only a little over 100 units of the KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA will be produced. At its heart is a 450 cc liquid-cooled SOHC engine with a 6-speed gearbox, premium Brembo hydraulic clutch, and special rally-specific gears. The titanium Akrapovič exhaust system contributes to weight reduction and maximizes power.

The hydroformed, laser-cut and hand-weld frame provides an ideal balance of longitudinal and torsional stiffness. This provides increased rider feedback, stability, and security. Additionally, the fully customizable WP PRO suspension allows for easy adjustment.

The "2027 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA" is equipped with rally spec details. Dual radiators distribute the cooling burden and improve reliability against unexpected damage. Triple clamps (23mm offset) are CNC machined for lightweight yet high rigidity. Aluminum alloy tapered handlebars are equipped with rally-tested foam rubber grips, and footpegs provide better grip with a wider ground contact surface.

In addition, the Brembo braking system provides powerful stopping power, and a large 34.5-liter fuel tank with three fuel tanks enables long-distance riding. A carbon fiber navigation tower comprises the cockpit with a digital road book, intuitive controls, and powerful LED lights. Unique ergonomics emphasize comfort for standing and sitting long distances. The bodywork and aerodynamics achieve a difficult balance between optimal positioning, protection from the driving wind, and a stance for control and quick reactions.

For the 2027 model year, the traditional KTM orange color returns. The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA LUCIANO BENAVIDES FACTORY EDITION, on the other hand, features full replica Red Bull KTM livery, factory carbon parts, Selle Dalla Valle seat, and Michelin rally tires, It comes with even more special features. Buyers of this limited edition model will also receive VIP treatment at the KTM ADVENTURE RALLY, vehicle delivery by the Dakar Champs, and support from the race team.
