I had been repeatedly invited by a friend to go touring on large motorcycles. My usage includes weekend touring, shopping, and casual rides on my usual routes. I compared it with other models in the Ducati Scrambler series.

It's light! The seat height is good and reassuring! The brakes work well! It's nimble and feels great even when riding slowly. It starts smoothly without fuss and has good torque. The air-cooled L-twin sounds great.

The engine and seat get very hot. Waiting at traffic lights is the worst. I might even turn off the engine in the summer. However, I knew it would get hot before I bought it.

I haven't experienced any maintenance issues or breakdowns yet, but you can enjoy the ride from day one of delivery.
