In July 2025, ARCHI will release a new custom part exclusively for the Z900RS and Z900RS CAFE models. Its name: the "Classic Rearsets."

Inspired by the motorcycle culture of the 1970s, this product is more than just rearsets. It is an ambitious creation, crafted with meticulous attention to detail to seamlessly integrate with the neo-classic style of the Z900RS.

Development Concept: Balancing Aesthetics and Practicality

In recent years, custom parts have trended toward sharp, linear designs, as seen in billet components. However, ARCHI deliberately chose a different path—pursuing a classic, soft curvature that evokes the charm of a bygone era. With modern engineering, we've reimagined the character of that time for today’s riders.

The pedals and step bars are made using cast metal, a choice that will resonate with riders who value the authentic feel of the era. What’s more, we've aimed for a more accessible price point compared to most modern rearsets kits.

Functions and Specifications: Designed with Comfort in Mind

We paid close attention to these four detailed features, creating a design that pursues a classic style while ensuring a comfortable riding experience.

1. The step position is relocated 50mm rearward and 30mm upward, creating a sportier riding posture while minimizing contact with the calf during stops.
   
2. The pedal incorporates shielded bearings to deliver direct and smooth pedal operation.
   
3. The upper rubber on the step bar not only provides slip resistance but also reduces vibration, stabilizing foot position for a comfortable and secure grip.
   
4. The rear master cylinder comes equipped with a return spring to ensure reliable operation.
