OGK Kabuto introduces the new "LUNOA" graphic for the full-face helmet "KAMUI-5," featuring an infrared-cut shield and inner sunshade. It is scheduled for staggered release starting early July 2026, with a price of ¥51,700 (tax included).
A Fantastical Graphic Design Evoking the Aurora
The newly added "LUNOA" is a graphic model that expresses the ever-changing colors of the aurora. It delicately depicts the subtle fluctuations of light spreading in the silence, characterized by a design that balances depth and presence.
The color variations include two options: Pearl White Mint and Flat Black Neon. Sizes range from XS to XL, offering five choices to suit the rider's preference.
The base model, "KAMUI-5," comes standard with the "CF-2 UIC Shield," which not only cuts 99% of UV rays but also uses an infrared-cut material that suppresses internal temperature rise due to solar heat by 74%. Furthermore, it is packed with features that support comfortable riding, such as a large inner sunshade to block sunlight and a dual-axis ratchet mechanism that boasts high sealing performance.
The design also considers convenience and hygiene, with expanded speaker holes for intercom installation, cheek pad shapes compatible with glasses, and antibacterial interior lining. The inclusion of an aerodynamic "Wake Stabilizer" reduces load during high-speed riding.
