The new GSX-R1000R was unveiled to the world in July last year. While it was Suzuki's flagship model, production ceased after the 2022 model, making the arrival of a new model a significant topic for fans. The new model features comprehensive improvements to internal components such as the engine's injectors, cylinder head, camshafts, valves, pistons, and crankshaft to comply with emission regulations, including EURO5+, while also enhancing high performance and durability. The domestic specification output is 190PS/13200rpm. Although slightly lower than the previous model, the electronic controls have been significantly enhanced. The new S.I.R.S. (Suzuki Intelligent Ride System) includes a lift limiter, roll torque control, and traction control to pursue enhanced riding performance.

The 999cc inline-four engine has been significantly reinforced in various parts, including the camshafts, valves, and pistons. The muffler has also been improved for a smaller and lighter design.

The Bosch-made 6-axis IMU has been lightened and works in conjunction with the latest S.I.R.S. to pursue a riding experience that makes high performance accessible to everyone.

The meter is a conventional reverse LCD, multi-functional yet compact and lightweight.

Winglets are made of dry carbon! Price is 187,000 yen

The three colors announced overseas will also be available in Japan. All are homage to past series colors, a lineup that fans will surely appreciate.

There are three color variations available: "Pearl Bigger Blue / Pearl Tech White," "Candy Darling Red / Pearl Tech White," and "Pearl Ignite Yellow / Matte Stella Blue Metallic." The Japanese specification also comes standard with an ETC 2.0 onboard unit, improving its usability for everyday riding. The price for all colors is 2,376,000 yen.

Additionally, the distinctive dry carbon winglets on the new GSX-R1000R are available as accessory parts, priced at 187,000 yen each for the left and right sides. By equipping optional seat cowls and lever guards, it's possible to achieve a look reminiscent of endurance racing machines. For Suzuki sports model fans, this is an unmissable new model.

The winglets, a major feature of the new model, are available as optional parts. The price is 187,000 yen.

The Japanese specification includes ETC 2.0 as standard equipment, paying attention to everyday usability.

The new GSX-R1000R carries on the lineage of the series. We look forward to its racing success and await the delivery date!
