The key to developing fender eliminator kits is to achieve both weight reduction and strength. Cracks can be caused by vibration while riding, so both strength and rigidity are essential. The greatest feature of Etching Factory's fender eliminator kits is the thinness of the material (0.8mm). In the case of aluminum and titanium, it is extremely difficult to reduce the thickness to less than 1mm because the thinner the plate, the lower the strength will be.
