Racing with the Ultimate Toy: SUZUKI RM250 Custom

Here is a "SUZUKI RM250" custom by Webike community user "Nabe". The RM250 is a motocross competition bike that has been on the market since 1976. The owner mainly competes in enduro races and has been doing so for eight years now. He competes in CAM-OFF(Campus Off-road) and JNCC(Japan National Cross-Country) races, and says that to him bikes are the ultimate toy. This bike is equipped with ZETA slim base grips, DRC Team Grip open ends, DRC clutch levers, and ACERBIS TRI FIT hand guards. The owner says that these are the best choice for hand guards. He likes to ride hard enduro, and he raves that these hand guards are the best because even if he throws the machine, drops it, or falls hard, they will not break. The exterior is equipped with POLISPORT swingarm protectors, a PROGRIP seat cover, and a UFO rear fender. The stock rear fender broke when he got caught up in a crash during a hard enduro race, and since the stock fender was no longer available, he chose UFO for a new rear fender. He was pleased to find that the quality was as good as the stock fenders, with no signs of breaking and good flexibility. He also purchased a PROMOTO BILLET (FASTWAY) kickstand because he felt it was very inconvenient without a side stand when he needed to get off the bike at the starting line. He really likes that the stand can be neatly stored behind the number plate and the return spring is built into the body. The engine was also modified, and the clutch basket was replaced with one by HINSON. According to the owner, the outer clutch baskets on RMs wear out like an eraser, and putting a new stock one on doesn't make any difference, so he decided to go all out with a HINSON. He was so enthralled by it's beauty that he had a drink while looking at it before installing it, and was so satisfied with the looks that he didn't want to put the cover on. Of course, the performance is also great! For the owner who loves to race, this "ultimate toy" is sure to bring him great joy for a long time to come.
