Webike's Opinion
Here is a "KAWASAKI Ninja 650" custom by Webike community user "Ritona". The Ninja 650 was developed based on the three concept as Fun, Style, Easy. The lightweight and slim chassis is equipped with a parallel-twin engine that emphasizes power at low to mid RPM ranges, providing a nimble and exciting ride. Starting with the 2020 model, the headlights are dual-lens with LED, which is reassuring for long tours and nighttime riding. This bike has been customized with an emphasis on practicality. For example, Frame slider, front axle slider, knee pad, and a pillion seat replacement type rear rack are all essential equipment for long touring. In additon, KIJIMA grip heater has been installed and used not only in winter, but also in all seasons, including rain season and the weather turns cold. Although the power may be inferior to other multi engine of the same displacement, the weight of less than 200kg, low seat height, and fuel consumption of 26km/L make it a familiar bike for beginners to experts alike, even for a light custom.
