Here is a "KAWASAKI GPZ900R" custom by Webike community user "Tatsuya". The owner bought his dream bike from his teenage years—a used GPZ900R. The GPZ900R remains popular not only for its outstanding design, but also for its practical luggage capacity despite being a supersport, and the comfort its front fairing offers for high-speed touring. The owner opted for a HURRICANE Handlebar, easing the forward-leaning position and reducing arm and shoulder fatigue during long-distance rides. The handlebar is made from durable STKM13A steel and features a dual-layer anti-corrosion treatment, with black chrome plating topped with an acrylic coating for outstanding durability.

For the brakes, the combination of Brembo brake calipers and Brembo Radial Master Cylinder was chosen to enhance control. Together they offer a superb touch, responding precisely to the amount you squeeze the lever, delivering a more linear brake feel. While the brake calipers start out as a brilliant gold, it ages into a more subdued, tasteful tone, making them even more endearing over time. The exhaust system was upgraded to a TRICK STAR Racing Exhaust, known for its rider-focused design, achieving a significant weight reduction from the original 16kg down to just 6kg.

For the foot controls, nao Arched Footpegs were installed. Made from A2017 Duralumin, these footpegs offer the perfect balance between rigidity and weight reduction. The footpegs feature knurling and a deep groove pattern, providing exceptional grip, while ball bearings ensure smooth operation, making shifting a breeze. Additionally, the mirror finish not only adds a high-quality feel but also makes it easy to clean off oil stains.
