Mechadock's Z2(750RS)

Kawasaki Z2 Custom by Mechadock. The Z2 is already quite rare in modern times, and it's even more impressive that Mechadock used clip-ons and 18-inch wheels.

In terms of performance upgrades, the bike is equipped with JB-POWER FCR Φ33mm carburetor, MORIWAKI silencer, and an 860cc engine with YOSHIMURA pistons. Power checks show a smooth power curve in a graph. Mechadock has successfully delivered on performance as planned, and the riding experience is ideal. Overall, this Z2 Custom is a high-quality machine.

Handle

The clip-ons are by Sansei Racing and the left and right master cylinders are by AP Racing.

The meter is retained but the speedometer has been changed to 240km/h display. The left and right reservoirs were also lowered. The stem accommodates 18-inch forks.

Engine

This 860cc engine has YOSHIMURA pistons and YOSHIMURA ST-1 camshafts. The oil cooler is OEM.

The electrical system consists of PAMS' products, and the ignition unit is a modern and reliable choice, AS Uotani SP2. The necessary points on the frame, such as the pivot and shock mounts, are reinforced.

Intake & Exhaust

The carburetor is JB-POWER FCR Φ33mm.

Chassis

KYB Φ38mm front forks. Front brake caliper is mounted with opposed 2-piston CP2696 by AP Racing.

The aluminum square pipe swingarm is PMC-DRAFT Type 1 and the rear shocks are by Quantum. Front and rear wheels are PMC Sword, 2.75-18 for the front and 4.00-18 the rear.

The rear brake caliper is also AP Racing CP2696 and the steps are by JB-POWER. The black painted silencer is MORIWAKI Monaka.
