(LINKS of JAPAN) has announced the "Ice Vein Fan (Hyoumyaku)" and "Thermo Neck" as cooling products for 2026. Both items are equipped with a cooling function that utilizes a Peltier element to efficiently regulate body temperature from the neck down. Prices start at 6,900 yen.

The "Ice Pulse Fan (Hyoumyaku)" directly cools blood vessels in the neck.

The Hyomyofan cools the blood vessels in the neck directly with a Peltier element to efficiently cool down the body from the inside. It is equipped with a super-long cooling plate of approximately 2.8 x 15 cm, which can cool a wide area at once. In terms of functionality, it is equipped with a powerful fan with 360° all-round airflow and a maximum air speed of approximately 3 m/s. The air volume and cooling can be adjusted in three levels, respectively. The air intake has a mesh finish. It is expected to be used in a wide range of situations such as commuting, working, outdoors, and watching sports.

The main unit weighs only about 155g, and combined with its quiet design, it can be used comfortably for long periods of time. The product supports both cooling and warming modes, and can be used throughout the year. The cooling mode has three temperature settings and a "fluctuation mode" to prevent overcooling. The warming mode can be adjusted in two levels from approximately 40 to 46 degrees Celsius. This item is recommended for touring and commuting.
