MotoGP has announced the signing of a new agreement with the five major manufacturers – Ducati, Aprilia, Honda, KTM, and Yamaha – along with MSMA (Motorcycle Sports Manufacturers Association), establishing the sport's framework for the five-year period from 2027 to 2031. This confirms the grid presence of all current manufacturers, marking a significant step towards the long-term development of MotoGP.

The MotoGP Group and the five manufacturers – Ducati, Aprilia, Honda, KTM, and Yamaha – have announced the signing of an agreement defining the sport's framework for the 2027-2031 period. This represents a historic milestone for MotoGP and its manufacturers within MSMA, as it is the first time in the sport's history that all manufacturers have signed a single agreement covering the next five years of racing. Ducati to Participate in its 29th Season

As part of this process, MotoGP, the manufacturers, teams, and FIM have been working collaboratively to identify opportunities to enhance both the technical and sporting aspects of the championship, ensuring a continued focus on safety and delivering an even stronger product for fans. This new milestone will see Ducati, as a manufacturer, achieve at least 29 consecutive seasons of participation in the MotoGP World Championship. To date, Ducati's Desmosedici GP has achieved a total of 430 race starts, 126 wins, 121 pole positions, 127 fastest laps, and 365 podium finishes.
