Sanctuary's Z900RS

Many parts developed by Sanctuary for the Z900RS were also put up for sale, such as the down tube kit and the ExM package, which includes a steering stem and other parts for mounting the Ohlins inverted front forks. This bike was fitted with those parts and is also the Sanctuary's complete custom RCM (serial number 534), but in the summer of 2022, when the photo was taken, one more part had been changed: the radiator, which is now round.

Sanctuary provides an overview of this new radiator. According to Sanctuary, the parts fitted to the bike prior to the installation of this radiator can be considered the Z900RS, Form 1, while the new parts to be developed and released in the future can be thought of as the Z900RS, Form 2. They also offer a combination kit that increases rigidity by connecting single seats and front and rear engine mounts. Additionally, they have plans for a series of ideas for second form parts, such as a new inspection-compliant exhaust. It may be a good idea to wait for these new parts and enjoy the current first form parts in the meantime.

Electrical

The Z900RS Billet Light Bracket KIT is machined from aluminum and can be bolted onto the Z900RS's stock headlight bracket to enhance the appearance of the headlight area.

Handle

The Daytona "RCM" LOW handlebar offers a forward lean position suitable for sports riding, as well as a height suitable for touring and city riding. It measures 695mm in width, 181mm in height, and 85mm in pull with a diameter of Φ22.2mm. The front brake master is a Brembo RCS, the clutch holder is a KOHKEN, and both levers have been replaced with "RCM" concept flight levers. Additionally, the bike features Magical Racing NK-1 mirrors.

Bodyworks

The Daytona COZY-SEAT "RCM CONCEPT" Z900RS from the '22 line-up is used for the seat. The materials, shapes, and upholstery have been carefully selected to improve seating comfort and reduce fatigue. The seat has been designed with a 15mm lower rider's side to reduce stress when coming to a stop.

Parts that optimize the riding position and increase comfort, as well as parts that make use of the stock exterior, are also available for the Z900RS. The Z900RS Rear Fender Eliminator KIT is a short type that is compatible with the stock tail cowl. As seen in the photo, it also includes a blinker bracket for attaching the stock blinkers.

Chassis

The Z900RS Rearsets Kit, which enhances machine controllability, has two bar position settings: 30 mm up / 15 mm back and 35 mm up / 20 mm back.

Z900RS steel tube trellis frame. The "Z900RS Down Tube Kit" connects the front end of the frame to the rear end of the main section (under the swingarm pivot) to create a double cradle style.

The Z900RS Bolt-On "ExM" package includes Ohlins FGRT207 forks for improved performance and reduced weight. Front brakes are Brembo GP4 RX calipers + Sunstar Works expanded brake discs.

The swingarm is an optional "Sculpture Wide Swingarm" specification, and the wheels are GASS RS-A forged aluminum wheels by O-Z Racing in sizes 3.50-17 and 5.50-17.

Rear brakes are Brembo CNC P2 34 calipers with Sunstar Premium Racing brake discs. The exhaust system is Nitro Racing.
