181cc DOHC Big Bore Kit

Big Throttle Kit

Price (including tax): 37,400 JPY
Compatibility: Grom (JC61)
*I-MAP is required for installation. Cannot be used with stock displacement, LIGHT Big Bore Kit, or JC75.

Large throttle body that boosts power by greatly increasing the intake air volume of engines using the 164cc and 181cc NEO DOHC BIG BORE KIT. An oil cooler condenser can be installed on the shroud bracket included in the kit.

Big Throttle Kit

*I-MAP is required for installation. Cannot be used with stock displacement or LIGHT Big Bore Kit.

Compatible with NEO Big Bore Kit 164cc and 181cc to change from the φ24 stock bore diameter to φ34. A super air funnel made of machined aluminum with an anodized finish is also included. Note that stock injectors cannot be used.

Clutch Disc Kit

Price (including tax): 15,400 JPY
Compatibility: Grom (JC61 & JC75), Monkey 125 (JB02)

This kit allows you to change the stock 5-disc clutch to a 6-disc clutch. By increasing the number of discs, the clutch capacity is improved, and durability is further improved by also reducing slippage.

Reinforced Crankshaft

Compatibility: Grom (JC61) series Big Bore Kit 164/181cc

Reinforced crankshaft with H-section connecting rods and lightweight crank web shape. Friction loss reduction is also greatly enhanced.

Reinforced Starter Motor

For a high compression tuned engine it is harder to start with the stock starter motor. This motor is strengthened to enable easy starting.

Clutch Cover Kit

Aluminum die-cast clutch cover for Grom series engines. It has a built-in oil filter and oil cooler outlet, and is compatible with the stock clutch. Available in black and silver.

I-MAP Coupler Connection Set

If you use a Big Bore Kit or change other power-related parts, an I-MAP will be necessary because the fuel injection amount must be corrected.

145cc LIGHT Big Bore Kit (with cam / without cam)

145cc Big Bore Kit with high camshaft that allows the stock cylinder head to be used without modification. Increase displacement for more power and torque.

Super Oil Cooler Kit (3-stage core/5-stage core)

A highly tuned engine requires the installation of an oil cooler in order to compensate for the increased amount of heat. This oil cooler can be mounted on the lower part of the frame, increasing the customized look.
