Here is a "KAWASAKI ZX-25R" custom by Webike community user "Onakin". The owner had always wanted to ride a 250cc inline-four machine, so he decided to get one. Before purchasing, he was concerned about the lack of low-end torque, but in everyday use, it hasn't been an issue at all. The slightly heavier chassis provides excellent stability, and on corners, the bike leans in effortlessly. Twisting the throttle all the way open is an absolute blast, delivering an instant adrenaline rush.

Looking at the gallery photos, you'll notice that the bike's appearance has changed multiple times. That’s because every time the owner enters a race or has a fall that results in major bodywork damage, the look evolves.

The first thing that catches your eye on this bike is the BEET NASSERT Evolution Type II Full Titanium Exhaust. Its stunning blue gradient finish is a sight to behold. While the stock exhaust had a high-pitched tone, this one emphasizes deep, resonant bass, making the ride even more enjoyable. At high revs, the crisp treble notes still come through, giving it a well-balanced sound. On top of that, the weight reduction makes a huge difference—changing direction for multiple curves feels lighter, and the improvement is also noticeable when moving the bike.

For the windshield, he went with an ACRY-Point Kawasaki ZX-25R Windshield. It’s 6cm taller than the stock one, offering improved aerodynamics. With race-proven quality, it provides solid support for the owner on the track. One upgrade that makes a surprising difference in comfort is the STOMPGRIP Traction Pads. Although they aren't offered for this model, it turns out the pads designed for the ZX-10R (2011-) can be repurposed by adjusting their orientation before applying them. Once in place, it’s like they were made for the ZX-25R, allowing the rider to grip the tank firmly for added stability.
