CFMOTO, known around the world as a sponsor of MotoGP, has been attracting attention by introducing a series of multi-cylinder supersport models. CFMOTO exhibited at EICMA 2025 the "V4 SR-RR Prototype" equipped with a 997cc V4 engine.

Equipped with a 210ps V4 engine and variable wing

The V4 SR-RR Prototype, developed under the concept of "Speedmaster," is a machine that sets a new benchmark for the future of CFMOTO.

The design of the V4 SR-RR Prototype, which seems to incorporate all the latest trends in supersports, is full of functional beauty.

It is equipped with slick tires, and although no security parts are currently confirmed, it is announced to be Euro 5+ compliant, so it will debut as a street-legal model.

The "Active Aerodynamic Wing" mounted on the front cowl, as the name suggests, automatically adjusts its angle according to speed and driving conditions. The wing provides high stability and low aerodynamic drag, and its top speed is said to reach 300 km/h. The newly developed 997 cc V-4 engine produces more than 210 hp and has a world-class power-to-weight ratio of less than 1 kg per hp, making it a reality. Advanced electronic controls provide extremely precise steering, and the electronically controlled active suspension responds to all inputs and transfers power to the road without waste. The exhaust system is made of full titanium Akrabovic, and it combines power and sound while complying with Euro 5+ regulations. CFMOTO has already introduced the V4 SR-RR prototype to Japan, so we can expect to see this V4 SR-RR prototype when the production version debuts.

The large wing attached to the front cowl is named "Active Aerodynamic Wing" and automatically adjusts its angle according to speed and driving conditions.

It appears to move upward as well. Is the aim of this effect to suppress nose-dive?

The "V4 SR-RR Prototype" is no mock-up. It has been repeatedly tested on the track and appears to be a world-class machine.

The power unit is a completely new V-4 engine that produces more than 210 hp. The aluminum pivot plate of the V-4 appears to be attached directly to the crankcase.

The fuel tank also incorporates the latest trends in design. Is it made of aluminum?

The suspension is presented as electronically controlled active suspension. Steering dampers can be seen on the front side of the top bridge.

An Akrabovic titanium exhaust system will be installed. Looking at the shape of the heat guard and other features, it may be fitted to the street version as is.

The strip is shown for a brief moment in the PV. The chassis appears to be an aluminum monocoque. A huge radiator can also be seen in the front
