The TZR250R (3XV), Yamaha's first and last V-twin cylinder, 2-stroke sports bike, was introduced in 1991 and was as popular as the NSR250R and RGV250Γ during the racer replica boom of the time. However, with the end of the boom and exhaust gas regulations, it regrettably disappeared from the catalog. Since that time, "chamber," "back step," and "steering damper" have been regarded as the three sacred treasures when it comes to customization of 2-stroke motorcycles, and many riders have replaced them with external parts. SP Tadao's "Jackal Super CRS Chamber" was especially popular among the 3XV chamber customization, and its versatility to handle everything from touring to circuit racing, as well as the throbbing feeling of the steel chamber, makes it a favorite among owners even today.

Webike will reprint and produce the Jackal Super CRS chamber for the R1-Z (3XC), which was discontinued from 2023 to 2024, with the cooperation of SP Tadao. (The planned number of production has already been sold out due to popular demand.) We have received many requests for the reissue of the Jackal chamber for R1-Z for other vehicles, as well as many comments of appreciation from the owners of the R1-Z. The most popular request was for "TZR250R (3XV)", and we informed SP Tadao of the result and asked him if he could produce it again.

The biggest obstacle in the reissue was the procurement of parts and materials. Since it has been a long time since it was discontinued, we wondered if we could still obtain each of the component parts, and the cost of procurement has also changed significantly due to the recent high prices. Although we had to spend a lot of time on research and negotiations in areas that we could not see, we were informed that we had managed to reach a production schedule. As of now, we will start taking reservations from early to mid-February 2026, and the first lot is scheduled for delivery around spring 2026.
