Here is a "SUZUKI GRASSTRACKER BIGBOY" custom by Webike community user "H". This GRASSTRACKER BIGBOY was bought brand new in 2001, and before the owner knew it, he’s been together with the bike for 24 years. Driven by the curiosity of "just how fast can it go?" he pushed its performance to the limit. The modifications resulted in a 12-horsepower increase over stock, bringing it up to 28 horsepower, and a top speed boost of 30 km/h, now reaching around 150 km/h (with a sprocket setup for 5th gear at 9,000 RPM). The ignition system was upgraded to 16V with a multi-spark setup and a supercapacitor, dramatically improving acceleration to nearly two-stroke level while also making gear shifts much smoother.

As for the handlebars, the owner has finally found the perfect match: the EFFEX EZ-FIT BAR Low. He had previously used low handlebars from other brands, but this one checks every box—height, length, pullback angle—exactly as he wanted. It has even improved handling, making every ride even more enjoyable.

The braking system features a SUNSTAR disc, NISSIN radial master cylinder, and a NISSIN 3-piston caliper from a Honda Forza. He had been using Vesrah metal brake pads but switched to DAYTONA Golden Pads, which turned out to be a game-changer. The braking power is now so effective that he wonders why he didn't make the switch sooner. For rear suspension, he went with YSS Twin Shocks, a reliable and cost-effective choice. The harsh jolts from bumps that used to hit his lower back hard are now significantly reduced, making for a much smoother ride.
