TG NAKAGAWA's ZRX1100
This ZRX1100 has been customized in many ways, including modifications to the suspension and intake and exhaust systems. Bikini cowl is mounted on the frame, maintaining the stock styling and colors. It has already been 25 years since the first generation was introduced in 1997. However, this bike is so clean and beautiful that you would not feel the passage of time.
The engine is treated with a special process called R-Shot, developed by TG NAKAGAWA. This treatment is a process to increase surface hardness and smooth the surface of an object by shooting fine treatment particles onto the part with a medium. The aim is to increase durability and prolong the life of OEM parts that have already been discontinued. The engine is prepared for the future by this way. The rest is reinforced, the wheels have been replaced, and the sharp impression of the stock ZRX1100 is retained to accomodate the increased power output and its characteristics. The weak points of the ZRX, such as the bearings, seals, and watering system, have been well maintained.
Handle
The meter, 28mm offset steering stem, and bikini cowl are stock on the ZRX1100. Dr. SUDA brackets are used to mount cowls on the frame. The handlebars and risers are modified, and YOSHIMURA PROGRESS Meter is added. The master cylinders are both Brembo RCS.
Bodyworks
The seat is Supreme Seat by To's Custom. A bar that connects the left and right sides of the rear shock's upper mount section is reinforced.
Engine
The engine is a 1108cc spec with WISECO Φ78mm forged pistons, and almost all internal parts have been treated with R-Shot#M to extend life and lower resistance. In addition, the head cover and pulsar cover are crystal coated, and the radiator and oil cooler are enlarged. The cooling line is also completely redesigned.
The carburetor is YOSHIMURA FCR-MJN dual stack funnel. The main bore is equipped with TG NAKAGAWA mesh protector to prevent obstacles from entering.
Chassis
The front forks are Φ43mm ZRX1100 stock and internally adjusted. Titanium inner tube protectors have also been added to the bottom case top. Titanium inner tube protectors have also been added to the bottom case top. The front brake is consisted of Brembo Axial P4 34 calipers and SUNSTAR premium racing disc.
The rear brake has Brembo P2 32 opposed 2-piston caliper with ACTIVE caliper supports and SUNSTAR premium racing disc. The aluminum billet rearsets are by AGRAS.
The rear shocks are OHLINS Grand Twin, and the wheels are forged aluminum 5-spoke GALE SPEED Type-C, 3.50-17 for the front and 5.50-17 the rear.
